Partner Yoga Workshop | Des Moines

Grab your valentine or palentine for this fun, energetic 75-minute workshop! In this playful practice, partners will explore poses that deepen trust, encourage communication, and offer fresh perspectives on movement and support. Class will close with a sweet, calming finale -- you will learn how to offer your partner relaxing savasana assists, leaving you both feeling grounded and connected. This event is perfect for friends, couples, or anyone looking to share a joyful experience with another person. Cost is $25 per student and space is limited to 12 couples.
